Description
This interactive workshop provides participants with a systematic approach to developing and refining AI use cases. You will learn practical methodologies for ideating, evaluating, and prioritising AI use cases whilst gaining the skills to articulate your concepts in a structured manner that facilitates effective decision-making and implementation. The session combines strategic thinking with hands-on exercises to deliver actionable insights for your AI journey.
Learning objectives
- You will generate and evaluate multiple AI use case concepts using proven ideation frameworks and assessment criteria to identify the most promising opportunities for your organisation.
- You will analyse the essential elements required for effective prioritisation of AI use cases and apply structured decision-making processes to rank opportunities based on feasibility, impact, and strategic alignment.
- You will create comprehensive, structured descriptions of your defined AI use cases that clearly communicate the value propositions, requirements, and implementation pathways to stakeholders and development teams.
