Position Paper on the Third Draft of the AI Code of Conduct (GPAI)
As the final draft of the GPAI Code of Conduct approaches, we’re sharing our take on the third draft. For us, the key is a code that is practical and workable for the many downstream providers across the EU. We especially focus on start-ups, SMEs, and public institutions—the backbone of our economy and innovation ecosystem—with whom we collaborate in many different ways.
AI Guide 2025
The new German government should pursue an ambitious AI strategy—not only to strengthen Germany’s position as a business hub but also to protect shared societal values.
