Description

You are familiar with the risk classes and your organization’s role, but how do you actually implement the AI Act? This practical training course guides you step by step through the compliance process: from assessing the scope of application to operationalizing the requirements, and on to demonstrating compliance and post-market monitoring. Using a comprehensive high-risk example, you’ll see how the technical requirements (Articles 9 through 15) interlock within the development process and where human oversight comes into play—especially with increasingly autonomous AI agents. You’ll also learn how operational roles can shift, for example, when an operator makes significant changes to an AI system and thereby becomes a provider. With concrete recommendations for action, we empower you to establish a structured compliance process within your organization. In short: You’ll gain an overview of what needs to be done, how to implement it, and how to demonstrate compliance.

Learn objectives

  • You can identify the applicable requirements for AI systems and use them to develop concrete implementation steps for your organization.
  • You can understand how the technical requirements (Articles 9 through 15) for high-risk systems interrelate within the development process, including human oversight, which is particularly critical for autonomous AI agents.
  • You can distinguish between the conformity assessment procedures (self-assessment and third-party assessment) and determine which applies in which situation.

This training is intended for managers from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), startups, and the public sector—in particular, compliance officers, quality managers, product managers, and decision-makers who are responsible for the practical implementation of the AI Act within their organizations.
